 Requesting a CAP Motor Vehicles Permit:

  1. Fill out FLWGF3
  2. Have your unit commander sign the FLWGF3
  3. Send Form 3 and copy of your drivers license to the FLWG Transportation Officer:



GROUP VI VAN SCHEDULER

All confirmed van reservations are marked in the Group VI van calendar.
Please check the calendar to ensure availability before submitting a request.
Group VI vans are CAP assets assigned to Group VI by the Florida Wing. As such, all units have the right to reserve a van, regardless of Group or Squadron affiliation. Group VI vans are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vans are to be returned in the same condition that there are in when they are first picked up. Please make note of interior and exterior cleanliness and fuel levels. If a van is found to have less than a full take of gas OR is dirty, please send an email to the vehicle custodian and copy the Group VI Commander. If a van is returned in unsatisfactory condition, the custodian will contact the driver and the driver's unit commander. Repeated violations may result in suspension of the driver's CAP license.

Remember to run through the inspection list prior to each ride and to put the safety of yourself and your passengers first.
