In addition to the Pilot Requirements, you will need to get an endorsement from you Squadron Commander that you are an active participant of your squadron, holding a duty assignment, and that you are progressing on your specialty track(s). "Flying in CAP is not a right, it is a privilege" that must be earned by active participation at your units. Please understand that a negative endorsement from your Squadron Commander may result in denial to obtain a CAP F-5, but as you become active it can be revisited.
